					<description>Hi Andrew,

I first came across your site through your twitterfeed, and then next thing I know it led me here to your blog.

It wasn't a surprise to me that you were an academic at Columbia and HKU due to the quality of your posts and your interests in the subjects that you write about.

I'm actually an intern at NowPublic.com, a citizens journalism site. We strive to be more than just another traditional news media network, and hope to redefine the news network, turning it into firsthand accounts from individuals at the scene, not from traditional media sources.

Right now we're building an Olympics channel, and we're wondering if you would like to participate in this exciting project. You can get back to me through my e-mail.

Thank you for your time! Have a great day!
