No one should pay cause it was a mistake. The lawyer contacted and harassed the Chinese co. by phone and letter and email even when he is a Canadian lawyer. One can't sue in another country. Will someone tell her that she is wasting money. By the way she is using a line of credit to pay a lawyer. She will have to work xtra hard when case gets dismissed.
