		<description>Dear Andrew Lih:
greeting!
this is Qi Yizhi, a Journlism post-graduate student from Hong Kong University.
I am writing a report about the reblock of wikipedia in China. I know that you are writing a book about it. Rebecca Mackinnon told me to find you for help.
My story theme will be the internet regulation in China and will focus on wikipedia. however, my teacher said that wiki things have been broadly reported and there is nothing new here. so i am also worrying about a new angle of the report.
so could we have an interview either online or by phone(I can call you in Beijing)ASAP?
I know you are busy. but thank you very much if you could help a little.
best wishes.</description>
